In an effort to ease the process of investing into the country, OIFC has developed an online ‘Investment Guide to India’. The toolkit serves as a simple, practical and stage-wise investment guide for the Global Indians wanting to invest in India.
Apart from delineating the existing gamut of investment policies and procedures, the online toolkit suggests the range of compliance requirements and clearances, as desired, in synergy with the investor’s investment preferences. In other words, the toolkit provides an end-to-end investment solution, customised to the needs of the potential diaspora investors.
The Toolkit content has been prepared by APJ-SLG Law Offices for Overseas Indian Facilitation Centre in January, 2010. Further, the content has been updated in April, 2011.
