I am a non resident Indian but still holding Indian citizenship. Do I have rights to buy agricultural land in India even though if I don't have any agricultural background (myself or any of my ancestor doesn't own any agricultural land).

A NRIs are not permitted to purchase agricultural property even it they have Indian citizenship.
