US-Indian Symposium on Food Processing Technologies for Food Safety and Innovation

The objective of this symposium will be to discuss food safety challenges related to foods in international trade and how developments in food process engineering could be brought to bear to this issue. Importantly, the symposium will also include a workshop to consider models for collaboration between stakeholders in the India and US.
